Our Values – Our values are at the heart of everything we do. They guide how we care for our patients and their families, how we interact with each other and how we shape the future of our organization. We expect our executive team to be role models and to live these values in the way they lead Dhawan Hospital. In turn, we expect to see these same values and behaviours being replicated across the organization by all staff so that they are more than just words on the piece of paper and become the cornerstone of our culture. There is clear evidence to demonstrate the link between staff that have a positive experience at work with better patient care and outcomes. By living our values we can help ensure that Dhawan Hospital is a fantastic place both to work and be treated, and an organization of which we can all be proud. 

Caring - Caring for patients makes serious demands on staff – both physically and emotionally. We believe that caring is central to the practice of nursing. We also believe that the act of caring goes beyond providing for a patient's physical health and comfort to encompass a range of additional factors. Our Philosophy of Care states that our nurses:
